Terms of Service

These terms apply to every recruitment search ordered from Wellness Places through wellness-places.com or by email. By sending a brief or paying for a search, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

2. Our services

Wellness Places recruits for med spas, spas, wellness centers and skin studios in the US. We offer one service:

  • Shortlist: we search for and screen candidates for one role. You run the interviews, reference checks and hiring decision.

We recruit for salaried roles only, full-time or part-time. We don't provide temp or per diem staff.

3. Shortlist · $499 per role

Definition. A shortlist is a list of candidates we select for one role, who meet the criteria you set in your brief.

  1. Nothing is paid to start the search.
  2. Sending a brief commits you to pay $499 once we present 3 candidates who meet the non-negotiable criteria in your brief.
  3. Before payment, you receive a summary of each candidate, without names or contact details.
  4. After payment by card, you receive their full profiles and direct contacts.
  5. If after 30 days we have found only 1 or 2 candidates who meet your criteria, you choose to pay $499 to receive them, or to pay nothing.
  6. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.
  7. A shortlist is not a guaranteed hire. Each candidate decides whether to accept your offer and join your team. The fee is due whether or not you hire, and whether or not a candidate accepts.
  8. The search covers up to 15 qualified candidates for the role, with no time limit.
  9. We screen profiles on paper. You run the interviews, reference checks and hiring decision.
  10. No replacement guarantee.

4. Payment

All payments are made by card through Stripe. You receive a Stripe receipt by email. Prices are in US dollars. One fee applies per role.

5. Your brief

To start a search, you fill in a form on wellness-places.com describing the role and what it requires. We search based on this form and on your feedback. The accuracy of the information you give us is your responsibility.

6. Candidates

We check the license and experience of every candidate we present. The final hiring decision, the employment contract and the salary are between you and the candidate. Wellness Places is not the employer of the candidates and takes no part of their salary.

7. Limitation of liability

We do our best to present candidates who match your requirements. We can't guarantee a candidate's future performance or how long they will stay.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of your payment applies to your search.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States.
